My vegan diet: day 19.
― Today was kind of simple as far as food goes. Breakfast consisted of a couple of multi grain bagels, with a bit of berry jam and a glass of soy milk. ∙ My main meal of the day - tiny boiled potatoes with a bit of vegan butter, and some baby spinach leaves and broccoli, with salted peanuts and cashews, as well as some Italian herb dressing. ∙ And in the evening I just had a bowl of Harvest Morn Extremely Exotic Muesli with some soy milk.
