My vegan diet: day 23.
― Just a bowl of my favorite Harvest Morn Benefit with red fruit cereal for breakfast this morning. Simple, quick and yummy. ∙ Then I had a snack of two ripe nectarines later on in the day. Not much to say about this since it`s just fruit. Yummy fruit?... ∙ As for dinner I had a bowl of the vegetable soup I made yesterday. Carrots, peas, mushrooms and pasta. Oh and a couple of slice of bread with vegan butter. The bread is vegan too of course. ∙ Later on I had two slices of [...].
