― We are all guilty of it, whether it be small little fibs or for others lying to protect yourself or for some other reason. We lie as parents, especially when they are little. I have to admit I felt very uncomfortable lying to my children about the Easter Bunny, Santa and the Tooth Fairy. All appropriate for a little make believe that the tooth fairy will leave a small donation for a lost tooth, or the Easter Bunny leaving chocolates on Easter Sunday.
