― PENCIL, LIQUID OR GEL LINER?? ∙ I must say it all depends on the look you’re going to be achieving . Looking back to when I first started applying makeup, all I used was pretty much eyeliner with some lip-gloss applications. Although through time I’ve challenge myself with all methods available and see which one suit me best.
