Pleats and Polka Dots
― The last time I wore this skirt, Mandy from In The Fashion Lane suggested I wear the skirt with a polka dot blouse. Although I don’t own a polka dotblouse, I knew I wanted to try the pleated skirt with a polka dot top. That’s when I remembered my polka dotcardigan.
