― This is a study of a painting by John K Harrell from his DVD - "Scenes from the City". I bought this DVD because the one area I have struggled with, at times, is perspective. This was a great DVD and not only has it improved that area but has also made me very brave by using a palette knife as well as brushes. John's original painting is in acrylic, this is in oil but I must try a similar scene in acrylics. ∙ Oil on Canvas Board 15x18in .
