Recruitment Week 1
― Finally my recruitment week 1 ended. Fuh! so looking forward for great weekend. I met many interesting people during my 1st week scouting talent. I practice blunt and upfront style of interview. Any candidates who walk into that interview room will normally walk out comfortably without knowing the truth has been revealed.
