Joseph (26); Elizabeth (18); Alice (9 mths). Joseph was a tinworker. ∙ Reginald was born on 19 December 1900 at 29 Abertillery Road, Blaina. ∙ In 1901 census the Jelly family were living at 29 Abertillery Road, Blaina.
