Rosemary. An anti-cancer drug?
― According to research performed by Dr. J. Scott Smith of Kansas State University in Manhattan, the amount of carcinogenic (cancer-causing) compounds that form when meat is cooked on the grill is significantly reduced by adding rosemary extract to ground beef.
