Strawberry Shortcake
― Very soon we will be able to pick the fresh strawberries at our local u-pick farm! It's the first fruit of the season and one of my very favorites. Since it's a little early I used Driscoll's strawberries for today. (By the way strawberry picking is supposed to be 2 weeks early this year.)
