Thanksgiving Smoothie
― Thanksgiving Smoothie ∙ Cheers Everyone!!! ∙ 1 can pumpkin puree (16 oz) ∙ 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds (You can omit these or use another nut) ∙ 2 1/2 cups milk,of your choosing ( I sometimes use my kefir milk) ∙ 5 pitted Dates ∙ 1 teaspoon vanilla ∙ 1-2 tbsp raw organic honey Or Agave (if necessary) ∙ 1 tsp nutmeg ∙ 1 tsp cinnamon ∙ Blend all together in a blender and drink. This makes enough for 4 people. .
