Its easier with eyeshadow, I have MAC's black tracks gel liner and I've tries so many times to get the perfect winged out liner (mines got a little baby wing) :-). ∙ With any small angled brush and a matt black eyeshadow <sleek make up> and a black kohl pencil <Avon Supershock> on the upper waterline with lashings of your favourite mascara and your done :-) ∙ Hope your all having a great Saturday.... later peeps .
