Update on Weight Loss and tips to stay on and not give up
― It has been a month since l started the weight loss regimen. I have lost 2 pounds (1,5 kg) in one month. My goal from here is to lose 19 pounds (9 kg). For you who are new to my blog, how l did it is l stopped eating processed sugar, corn, white rice and fried foods. Did l cheat? Yes, I did. Within this month l had sugar 3 times. Had fast food 2 times and had rice and corn 3 times. Most of them while we were moving house. It is not perfect, put it is a start. Here are the tips that helped me so [...].
