Weightloss update Week 5
― Last week I didn't update as my weight stayed the same, this week my weight is still the same BUT my body is 4% less fat! which I think is pretty damn awesome! ∙ It's kind of annoying when your weight stays the same because you put in the hard work but don't feel like you're getting anywhere, however, for myself I've been doing mostly weight training with my fiance,rather than cardio, So I have been building muscle which I'm pretty sure weighs more than fat which I think is the answer to [...].
