― Wild garlic is frequentlyknown as ramsons, formally as allium ursinum and occasionally and sometimesrather rudely as bear's garlic, jack-by-hedge, buckrams, broad-leaved garlic, wood garlic, devil's garlic, stinking Jenny and gypsy'sonions.
