Winter Wonderland- Nails of the Week
― To achieve these frosty-looking blue nails, I first painted them with one coat of light blue polish. The one is used is from the brand Bonita which can be purchased at the store Francesca's. After they were dry, I painted only the tips of my nails with a clear top coat. If you do not have a steady hand, you could put tape on the rest of your nail to only expose the tips before painting them clear.
