I have been thermal cooking now for over two years and the process never stops amazing me. I cannot imagine why this form of cooking, which is so popular in the far east still has not caught on in Europe. With the world crying out for energy savings, thermal cooking, although it is not going to save the world on its own, can surely help a little.
