I will say there is no need of displaying visitors stats on each page just put it on advertise page and also they only slows the blog and nothing else.
you are featuring only one post on homepage so anyone comes to your site is likely to go away from it, put four to ten post on homepage if you can't put whole ...

Wordpress has been a most loving cms because of the features they have, you can literally implement anything on it, and also you can get support from a wide developers and users so I will say go for Wordpress not to tell self hosted.

it's easy you have to add some HTML code to the blog

Go to blogger admin panel >> Template >>
Click on Add a gadget

In gadget select "HTML/JavaScript"

And add this code "Your page name" without quotes.
In "your page name" put name of the page and in "your link" link of that page.

your blog has been indexed by the search engines but the thing is that if you post frequently means twice a day or once a day then google will see your posting pattern and set google crawler to check your blog at that time.
Means
in my case I update my blog twice a week so from last couple of months google ...
