This morning I got an E-Mail from a friend in Chicago, Ill. it is about a scam being done at the large department stores, so beware of this. it seems that when you use your charge cards the cashiers are putting cash back on your card, especially if you buy a lot. the cash backs are $20.00 to $40.00. CHECK YOUR RECIEPTS.

I am an entrepreneur, I find it exciting and uplifting. My dream is to do construction of homes and apartments. to also refurbish forclosures. I think the Real Estate market will turn around in a year or two.
There is a new International property journal By Kevin Brass. That is being E-Mailed. a new resource for R.E. Agents, Investors and executives. The IJP will focus on news and networking opportunities for people around the globe. Trends and people in this Industry.I think it is comming at a time that we really need to see what the world is doing in the Real Estate market global.
