The first thing I noticed honey is your template is not search friendly. You will not get much traffic with it that way. If you look when you share your blog or when you do a search for your blog. The post title doesn't show only the name of your blog.
Nobody will find your blog that way on search. You want the title to show of your post not the name of your blog.
