I was born and raised on the Canadian prairies, and was in my late teens in the 60s. I spent a few years in a 17 room home with about a dozen artists and university students in the early 1970s. My life was amazing during the years of the peace and love years, and I look back and think how wonderful it was to have been a part of everything back then.
I moved to the west coast in the late 1970s, and have married and raised 2 children with my husband.
I've retired after 40 years of working, and my husband is about to retire.
We are active and walk/run, bike, hike, travel, and spend time with friends. I have a brother I haven't seen for years who is still a lawyer on the prairies, and a sister who is living in Washington State a few miles south of me.
I love hockey and footbal. I have done a lot of volunteer work, including the 2010 Olympics where I was right in the middle of men's hockey. What an experience!!!
