I started this recipe blog cos everyone was always bugging me for my recipes. The problem is of course that I have never written anything down.

I come from a long line of people that have no clue when it comes to cooking. My mother is so bad we called her 'The Fitter and Turner' - fits food into the pot and turns it into rubbish. Why I can cook is nothing short of a miracle.
