A few years ago I realized my health was in major jeopardy. I changed my eating and wellness habits and now I went from getting sick all the time with the cold and flu, bronchitis which infact causes me to have shortness of breath when I run and since I have made those lifestyle changes I now run marathons, workout 5 days per week, hardly ever get a cold and my energy level is through the roof.

After I saw the impact those lifestyle changes has made in my life, I decided to become a Fitness, Health and Wellness Advocate and started to empower, educate and motivate others to make healthy lifestyle changes that will in fact help them to feel and look great.
When people work with me they lose weight, enhance muscle tone, increase energy, live longer and enjoy more of the things they love. I provides an array of health and wellness solutions that put them on the right track and get results. I work with busy individuals and new career mothers that are looking for a shortcut to healthy living. I help people visualize fitness, proper nutrition and encourages them to take action today instead of tomorrow.
