Nice hearing from you,
I am just practicing some formulas that what ever it is i find some time for myself and my family,social elements,i get into streets and mingle with peoples a fag with a normal man friends I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE ANY OF MY BELONGINGS TO GRAVE so i run only for the needs not for the over needs and give enough oppurtunitys to the humans below so the they get there needs .....Little complcated but when practiced its very easyyy

You're correct.We live in a very competitive world.Sometimes the pressure can be too much to handle.I'm glad you have defense mechanisms to sort that out.
