hey sadaf..read ur query at zezebel's wall. i think you shud google for creating a blog.thr you wud find several websites..but you can go for www.blogger.com(do not confuse it wid bloggers)..sign up thr..and create a blogpost.
now sign in to bloggers and go to the option "connect your blog"...and its done...
