I live in the midwest and have a heart for prison ministry. It is my goal in life to try to help the women that are in prison due to drugs mainly, to get heir lives together so that when they return to the streets; they will not return to their former way of life. This is possible, if they will change their lives and start living for God and family. We at Light Keepers try to show them that with faith in God they can change and help their families instead of hurting them. We have seen it happen but we know that it needs to happen more.

hi ma'am. I love a lot of music those music that can talk about emotions, love, hope, faith and also earth songs just like the songs of Michael Jackson. I am a former choir member here in our church I just stop because of my schedules. I was a fresh graduate and hoping to find a job. What an undertaking. I think you can get them pretty well while they are incarcerated, but when they get out, look out! It is true some do make it and do very well. I have seen a few, especially if having their kids back is an issue. Still, they do not know how to relate to "normal" people and are not well socialized. This is truly a ministry.

You are right, a lot of them do go back to the old way of life and fail. But if we can help even one person get it together, then we feel like we have done a lot. Thank you for your imput.
