I'm the person behind the brand SophiaWorld. I am a life-style blogger who is the chief blogger at www.sophiaworld.co.uk. I write for other publications, including the Bonding Xperience and 30ish.me

I am writing a book on love, dating, romance and other stuff. This is not a "how to" type of book. It's "real" with a twist of comedy. There will be a TV show made from this.

As well as being a blogger, I love meeting people and being "inspired". What inspires me are the people who have pursued their goals and possibilities, despite hitting a big "challenge". I am so into inspiration that I launched the What's Stopping You campaign, to help motivate and inspire people.

I am into the learning game and an owner of a training business.

It's so lovely to meet you. Thanks for the compliment on my website SophiaWorld. It is a mark 2 of the original site, it was a fun process re-designing and relaunching it in time for my birthday this year. I worked with a fabulous "web designer", she is creative, "mad" artist like me - ha,ha,ha.
