I was born in Malaysia and got the early education in my hometown. After that, I further my study at University of Technology Malaysia. After few years working in IT industry, I further my study in Open University Malaysia. I took Bachelor Degree in IT and pass my degree at 2009.
I have the 8 years experience in IT industry which my focus is in Windows OS problem and virus problem in client's PC. I also have the knowledge in networking, but seldomly apply it in my working environment.
