Hello! Im a 26 year old girl with an eating disorder. As you may or may not know it's hard to speak to people sometimes, without them wanting to solve it all for you, to them it's simple - eat properly. To me it's very complex, but I dont expect them to understand. I don't understand myself half the time but I do want to talk about it...So here I am! My journey to recovery and maybe some other stuff and junk thrown in there!! X
