I love a broad spectrum of topics, so you just never know what you will find on my blogs. I love to write Free Verse poetry, Haiku, and Spoken Word.
I enjoy horror movies as long as they are not slasher films. I love a wide variety of music, everything from Native American, to Willie Nelson and Godsmack, to name a few.
Coming from a huge family, I love and relish my solitude. I love all of nature and the nature of all things. I am also a lover of love (men) and life. I believe in Unconditional Love, I share it every chance I get. I think all love should be unconditional, but I know sometimes it can be hard.
I enjoy most sciences, although geology really is my favorite. I like to ride motorcycles, drive the ATV, hike, camp, fish, cook, gaze at the stars, read, sew, make beaded jewelry and hang out with my pets.
I have one question for the world: Where would we be without dark chocolate and espresso?

Hello Missy! My recollection of a SNAKE is the serpent in the Garden of Eden. He was the one who tempted Eve to take the forbidden fruit, the apple, of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Naturally, Eve cajoled Adam to partake of the ill-fated fruit. Because of this folly, Adam and Eve were cast out of the heavenly garden, and stripped of their benefits and rights. See what the serpent has done to these two gullible souls!
Theirs was the ORIGINAL SIN. So whenever I hear of snake stories, I squirm in distaste and
protests. But in your post, you seem to depict the snake in a positive light. You say that just like the malleability of the snakes, we can also learn to adjust to our surroundings and not be afraid. I applaud you for this insight.Maybe the next time I see a real, honest to goodness snake, I will not shiver and scream.Instead, I will pause for a while and pray for my deliverance.
