Sylectra

I write a blog called Sylections, about my path to greater understanding and serenity in this crazy world. After I lost my mom to cancer, I realized that there was more I intended to experience before my own life is over. Thus began my early midlife crisis, in which my husband and I parted ways and I embared on a journey across 8 states to live in the NYC metro area and jump into the dot com job market. In the process, I opened my heart to new friends, the Quakers, and ultimately a new husband and family. What it all comes down to is that the questions will always matter more than the answers, because the keep you focused but not stagnant.
