I've one suggestion- do not count how many hours you are stay from smoke instead count how many hours you living a healthy life. For example: 200 hours of Healthy Living.

@TK, hahah nice one, that royalty thing :). I am feeling confident now that I won't go back and I am already feeling very good about the healthy life I am living. This is definitely improve the quality of life I am living and this is keeping me motivated.

oh ~ is there a statistics of how many hours it take for a smoker to make sure that his addiction is probably gone and that the symptoms of wanting cigarettes are gone as well?
Make more non-smokers your friends. When amongst the group lights up a stick, put peer pressure on that person to take a walk, finish the stick elsewhere and then to join the group. This works even when two tell the smoker to take a walk.... or the wife telling the husband...... do your smoking outside the car or house for that matter.
