It helps generate traffic to your blog. I therefore conclude that most of the bloggers using it. :)

I visited the site and found out that it is not free, I must pay. Right?

Hi Over Cigarette, yes we do require a one time sign up fee to use the community for marketing and promoting .

Haven't tried it myself, but I did just sign up for NetworkedBlogs on one of my blogs. I'm impressed with their site, a great place to read blogs. Just wish more people were on it so I can get my NB widget filled up! ;^)
