Honestly I could take either in the morning or anytime! Just not at night.

Tea all the way. I especially love exotic flavors. I do love Chai but was recently introduced to a company (which i blogged about after) that now has my favorite - Orange Chocolate Green Tea (excellent with milk). They have other greats like Lavender Earl Grey. If any tea lover is interested, they're called Revolution teas

Two to three cups of coffee in the morning, it makes me so happy. I get up early and one way I do it is looking forward to the first glorious sip. I love tea at night after dinner!

Coffee, coffee, coffee!!! I love coffee...maybe I should drink a little less!! :) Seriously, I work nights at our local hospital so I pretty much live off the stuff. That being said, on my days off I do enjoy a cup or two of tea, especially on a rainy afternoon.

I lov eboth coffee and tea. I am very much a coffee person who used to drink about 3 venti cups of black coffee a day. No sugar or even milk. But since I started dieting, I have begun to drink kmore and more tea and drink about three or more cups of tea a day. If I could keep well with my diet though, I'd choose coffee anyday.
