maybe you should translate your blog totally into english. use share plugins too.

Thanks Sanjib for the useful advice. Oh my traffic rate... not in good rating but at least after joining this Bloggers.com my traffic rate is improving. Thanks to Bloggers.com too.

the design(template) needs lot's of work...or you can simply use some freely available wordpress templates with amazing designs...
or you can buy premium one or customize your own...the content placement is not also much user friendly..
so the first step will be to have a nicely arranged template or layout....
