1. Copy the HTML/Javascript widget from http://bloggers.com/account/badges
2. Go to your blog dashboard (Blogger/Wordpress/Tumblr/Etc).
3. Go to your widget/gadget/layout menu.
4. Add a HTML/Javascript widget/gadget to your blog's layout.
5. Paste the copied HTML/Javascript badge widget.
6. Save it.
7. Wait 24 to 48 hours for the Bloggers.com's Admins to approve your blog for ownership and verification.
8. ????
9. PROFIT!
