Could someone help explain what the following means and how do I do it.' This appears on top of my bloggers.

it means.....take bloggers badge...repost it in your blog....again...it will be fine...

ok ....can you see you down side of this blogger...its written...About us...Go To TOOLS....click on BLOGGERS BADGES...SELECT ANY ONE OF THEM...AND POST IN YOUR CERTAIN BLOG...WHICH IS SHOWING TO BE VERIFIED....
Are you not supposed to be telling him to copy and paste the code of the badge on his blog. Well that is very simple just click on "verify blog ownership" on that message and you will be redirected to where you will find the necessary information and all you need to do. Hope that helps
I have done exactly what is requested, and it STILL shows the message at the top of the page! Very frustrating.
