Found this blog exchange website, looked kind of sketchy but I signed up anyway and I really like it. It's a poorly designed website but functional and improves your traffic ^^.

It's better than most in that one actually has to view the pages, but in the end it will not bring the best traffic to your site and can even hurt you in Google's eyes if you use it too much. Good luck!

I think that looks like an exchange and this is violate adsense if you have adsense into your site
