Blogger or Wordpress - Should I Move?

I'm a newbie blogger and I'm debating whether or not I should move my blog from Blogger to Wordpress. Please take a look and let me know what you think.

I think you should stick to Blogger since you are a newbie. You should only consider moving to Wordpress if you have knowledge of CSS and you can do some tweaking on your HTML.
The internet belongs to Google and they would do all they can to make blogs under their domain (Blogger) to compete favourably with others. I am using it and my latest blog http://www.bizsuccessguide.com is already ranking PR2 within a space of 5 months of setting it up.

If you intend moving your blog to WordPress, then the earlier the better. You can save yourself traffic lost when you move after your blog had already gained a lot of it.

WordPress has many benefits over blogger. I would advice you self-host your WordPress to fully take control of your blog. Nevertheless, that depends on your budget.

Site ranking has many factors, so one cannot conclude just because your site is hosted under Google's domain, then it will rank high. Moreover, WordPress has lots of plugins to help your blog rank high, especially if you have good content.

I have used Joomla, Drupal, Blogger and WordPress. However, I will always recommend WordPress over the others.
