Hey guys!
So, I added a new feature to my blog and I'd love a little help making sure it works and looks okay.
I have a music blog and I added a button on the top of the righthand sidebar to take you to a random song that I've posted. It should bring up a random post every time.
Does it work for you?
Do you think it looks alright style-wise?
Is the placement okay?
A little feedback would be much appreciated!

Yes it works. Everytime I click it..it directs me to a new song. This would be increasing your site's engagement time.

http://giraffegy.blogspot.com/ - it doesn't work for me as I don't have spotify though it does randomise the blog post, I love the look of your site and the blog button colours and text are great but it needs something to make it look more like a button like a shuffle track symbol
Yeah the Spotify thing is annoying, but I'd rather not have my blog taken down for legal reasons.

Hey, I remember you asking about doing a random post button. Glad to see you figured out a way. Works for me.
One thing though, I had to hunt for the button (though once I saw it, I was like duh). Maybe change the colors so it "pops" a little more?
Haha! Yeah, but I still wish I could have figured out a way to make it one of my page buttons across the top. Oh well.
Hmmm, I'd like to keep my colors from the site, but I'll play around with the colors and see if I can come up with something.

That really is a great little place for it. I like how it matches the title colors. If it were me I'd probably put in small text, "Click here for" right above where it has RANDOM MUSIC in huge letters, just so people know its a button. Beyond that, great idea, and you definitely got it right!
Aw thanks! I had originally had something written above it, but it looked kind of odd to me. Maybe I'll go back and play around with that some more. I think I'll definitely put in the shuffle icon TheWeirdGuy suggested, so hopefully that will help a bit.
