Copied content - then what.

All my stuff is copyrighted, so, I would contact the copyrighters and have a "Cease and desist" to the offender and see what happens...next step is court. LOL
What I want to know is what do you do about someone that LOVES to screen shot EVERYTHING written on your page and then post it to their blog and what not to dissect and belittle and rip a new one?
What would you like to say?
