WHATS UP WITH THE DRIVING IN KUWAIT!!?
Just an hour ago i witnessed such a scary accident that my heart nearly stopped!
This happens really often here, and the problem is that its caused mostly by these reckless youngsters who try so hard to impress people and act all cool...unfortunatly, it leads them to their own death, and sometimes, the death of other innocent ppl.
In kuwait the Law allows you to drive at the age of 18, but i personally think they should start changing the rules and regulations, and people here shouldnt drive until their matured enough...The thing is..here, people dont usually walk to get to their destination. they NEED to drive a car due to reasons like the HOT, SUNNY weather or the simple fact that its just too dangerous to walk, cuz the possibility of getting hit by a fast car is quit high! plus there really aernt any pedestrian walking areas, that are safe enough!!
