I don't know what luck is it if someone unknown to you makes proposal. Maybe, she's your secret admirer and couldn't hold it much longer, so out goes the proposal. It depends whether you like it or not but you can always find out who she is. You said she's HOT, so the decision is yours. Follow your heart! :)
