I don't think so at all. It pops at you and it's unique. I like it. It's better than a picture that might get cut off or warped.

the page is too much lengthy try to delete the sidebar widgets some so that it would be optimized :)

As first impression is the best impression, it is fine and nice. But still advice, if you are getting unique visitors more than no need to update. if you are getting returning visitors, its good to make and show a change.

Yes you make very good blog but the back ground is to red for fashion purpose i suggest u to do something blinking that attract eyes

Not really, although you can use something more fashion related or like vogue, sephora, it looks much more professional although your is not an online shop :)

Hi Frugal Flirty N Fab
I'm not big on fashion but not too sure about the red background and the main picture at top centre looks as if it's stretched across the screen a bit. One thing that bugged me was on the right hand side, you have a very long list of things (scrolling down forever). I would normally not look at this as it is too much. So if it is important stuff then maybe you need to work on it so its easier to access/see somehow.
You do have a nice blog though. I shall pass by when I can.
