I'm debating this one myself. I'm not sure I would want to have my blog posted all over facebook for some reason, because all my fb friends I've known personally, so would feel a bit susceptible for friends to read something so personal! even tho my name and face are on my blog, it's nice to be able to connect with strangers on a total unbiased/judge-free level. : )

I share it on FB but I don't have my own page for it, I pin the pictures onto Pinterest, Stumbleupon.

haha it's hard isn't it. I know putting it on facebook will be the biggest way of getting more exposure to my blog ... but I just feel a little uncomfortable with the whole idea! let me know if you do tho and what made you finally do it (if you do!)

Hey you can always open a fake account on Facebook if you are concerned about your identity. Join groups and share every time you publish.

I use IFTTT to autopost to Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn. And since I'm using Blogger, I use its auto-share feature to post to Google+.

My method is to join as many Facebook groups as possible. Once I publish my article, I go to each and every group and share the link there.
You could start with groups which usually have a massive followers. Some of them might object to your sharing because they are specific groups eg dealing bout some special subject.
I get a lot of visitors and no bounce rate too.
You could try this and lemme know about the response you get..

Create as many as possible, from the names of streets and places around you. Join as many as possible.

I share my blog as much as possible because the more traffic you generate the more like you are to get some money back from Google Ad Sense. Also the whole point of me writing my blog was to get my message out there to others so that they know they aren't alone!
You can find a list of sites I have used to promote my blog here: http://liberalslutadventures.blogspot.com/p/updates-and-announcements.html You can also click on any of the links along the sides of my blog to sign your blog up for the same promotional sites. Some are better than others, but any backlink is usually a good backlink :)

I use facebook and twitter, but i preffer facebook, alot of my views come from my facebook page, and at least with facebook you can keep a track of how many people your reaching and how many people are keeping up to date with it.

I've started a Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Camilleray/512255928816873) a few weeks ago and so far have 1 like. I started Twitter (https://twitter.com/CamilleRayTwtr) the same timeframe and have anywhere between 28-34 followers right now.
