I think in born. Maybe through life and experience, some through job, learn few tricks, but there are people who have that specific appearance and charisma which they receive by birth. Something like that can't be trained or thought.

Well, I exactly can't say how many inborn qualities NATURE allows us to carry genetically. In spite of inborn qualities, NURTURE shapes them meaningfully so that they can be identified and utilized. So, it is controversial, isn't it?

Personality is developed through your environment and through your experiences. Whenever something new penetrates your "environment sphere" -- it affects your experiences which in turn affects your personality. The core of what is YOU is shaped usually in childhood.. the other facets of you -- the more complex you is then shaped due to the experiences around you.
well thats what i believe in anyway.. i know that this is why my personality is like this. It is also the reason why I sometimes have problems with change.. :)

I think you've covered whole of it- In born nature get shaped and established from "environment sphere"- and lost also from "environment sphere"!

it may be inborn but its also adaptable... you canot have this with the type of environment that does not care about this attributes that's why you can adapt it.. and sometimes, its just already in you that you only just have to improve , so it's also in born.. dahhh.. i'm so complicated.. brain lacks oxygen

I agree with Pooh The Great! It is inborn and adaptable. But you know, we can change ourselves as well as we can change our style, and personality. Adaptable in the sense that all are changing and we ought to adopt to it.

I really would not say its adaptable- and it isn't inborn, cause your personality develops over a period of time. It all depends on your exposure, situation you are in, the way you are brought up, self confidence, attitude and most importantly what and how you think about yourself. You know Keith Richards(founding member of Rolling stones) was a clumsy kid, but look at him Dude.... he is a bloody Rock Star in the true sense of the term.
