I'd like to hear your experience in handling overload works or how to manage overlapped project that you have.

Currently I'm not working with any designer or freelancer, but maybe I would if the situations makes me to.
I just curious how to handle the relationship and how to envision other to be on the same page, that's one point I would like to know.
sir it is not a big issue ...... actually i am searching one , with that person i can start freelancing ... i can work with html5, css3, javascript, , jquery ...... with having 1.6 years of working experience..... i want to start freelancing but i dont know how to do this?
Yeah I'm freelance yeah I work with others. (I would be a funny kind of freelance if I didn't work for someone)
When stuff overlaps one job needs to give. If you have lots of work it will take time to finish, if you're going to miss a deadline you need to make your employer aware of it.
