This sucks.

I see people constantly asking in these "talks" things like "how do I get more followers?"; " how do i increase page hits?"; etc.

I see answers saying to network with other bloggers and write quality content.

Here is a chance to write quality content and get your blog seen by a new, untapped audience of thousands, yet not one single person has even commented?

Ridiculous.

In case you don't understand how it works for a blog carnival, there's a theme, everyone writes a post on that theme, the posts link back to the carnival, everyone's post is linked to from the carnival, and thus everyone gets the benefit of each others' fans and followers. To be clear--YOUR post goes on your site with a link to the carnival page; a link to your post goes on the carnival page, along with links to everyone else's post. This will increase traffic and possibly followers. Also, you are building relationships with other like-minded bloggers, and we can all comment on each others' posts (no obligation).

What's the point of Bloggers if not exactly this?
