Here you go:

Load your facebook page with interesting things like photos, videos, documents/pdfs, etc.

Embed Facebook widgets on your website, blog, etc

Publish that you have a facebook page now. Have a link to your facebook page in your email signature

Send an email to your existing subscribers and fans about the facebook page launch

Make a video about it and share on YouTube, Vimeo, etc

Integrate with twitter

Tweet about your page on twitter

Use facebook share/like buttons on your website and blog

Post it on your personal profile

David, they will come gradually, all these click based websites are worthless, they are full of spam profiles and you will never have a genuine follower
