Looks good to me! I don't really know what it looked like before, but based on the screenshot for the link on your profile, it looks much improved. The navigation is easy to work and it looks fairly clean and uncluttered.

I appreciate the fact that the ads are at the bottom, but they do throw off the balance of the page. I don't know if that's something you can easily rearrange.
The only other thing that confused me was under your About page. Right under your tags for the blog, what are all the titles in the 3 columns? They don't link anywhere. Maybe this is a Wordpress thing that I'm unfamiliar with.

Anyways, I'm not an expert and I haven't been blogging for long, but that's my impression. Take it as you will. :) Good luck!
